I ordered a room heater in beginning of Dec 2012 received the package in time but to my surprise the contents were broken. have been writing to them regularly but no concrete action.
They keep asking details after details but no time bound action. Suggest all the online buyers be aware of such service and avoid any purchase from Indiatimes. I have been a regular online shopper and other websites offer you much better services in case of replacements etc.
