I made the above order but I didn’t get any information on the said. I called them and asked to cancel it and they raised a ticket. On the third day I got a call for verification of payments and they wanted my credit card details, when I already asked them for cancellation??
Why should I divulge the CC details. I have been calling the b*stards again and again to cancel the order but I didn’t get any response so far. I am yet to see the payments refunded. What’s more they are trying to confirm the payments when the product is out of stock already.
They say the refund process will take atleast 10days. Hello, are you refunding it from Mars.They are just hoarding the money and earning interest on it. Nothing more.I wish I could use some slangs here for them. If I get them I will slap them again and again.
My honest advice to all MS users, please don’t fall prey to the brand name of Times of India Group or Benett Coleman. It’s sham site for online shopping and you will be the only looser.
