Here is the message that I sent to the customer service of Inidatiems Shopping. Beware shoppers and dont get cheated!
Your service is horrible! I do not have any reason to believe this is not a scam! I ordered a BIRTH DAY gift from your EXPRESS DELIVERY selection and oredered BEFORE 2 PM hoping to be delivered the same day. First shock is the order status defaults to delivery time of 1 day. You very prominently displayed the express delivery terms ON A BANNER AND ALSO IN TERMS AND CONDITIONS BLOCK LETTERS AND IN COLOURS!
Next morning I get a message that my order has been cancelled as the address is not in service area!! Just a very curt message, let alone a coutesy call to explain your inefficiency! The web link to the product shows a list of towns which clearly includes this town (BELGAUM). And the order status the day before said it was verified. Now I don’t know what else does get verified AFTER the payment was made, other than the delivery address!!?
