Meramail email and domain service is third class

The customer service of this company is rotten and non existent.If you phone them only computer talks to you and finally it says that the voice mail is not availbale on this subscriber, after spending  several minutes and money.I have tried sevral times without success.If emails are  sent to customer service, only a ticket is given, but no reply and  no action is taken.This is going on since 15th february 2008. Even legla notices by mail and letter to MD had no response.Obviously this lala company is badly managed and they are highly arriogant. I am trapped andwastign my time and money besides harassment.


I got transferred my one domain from rediff to them ion hope of better service.It was a painful process.But even after 40 days and 20 mails they have not provided’control panel’.No reply is ever givenby them.I am being sent renweal notices for already renewed and valid domains also.No effect is there of sending emails to customer care. No change is there.



Avoid the products of this company and this company**.It is third class.
