Don’t ever shop on indiatimes! You are just jumping into a pool of misery. Just a month back I had ordered a toy on indiatimes. However the merchant sent me another one in its place, probably because he didn’t have the one I requested in stock.
After I returned this product, I had to call up indiatimes daily for over a month. The customer care execs are extremely unable to help resolve any issues you may have. Even after asking to speak to a superior, the attitude of this person even amazed me. He said he would call me back and he didn’t.
And after that whenever I would call he would not take my calls. After going on like this for over a month, I finally got the toy I had requested. And the quality of the product was very cheap. Simultaneously I had also ordered a cassette.
After three weeks they email me that this cassette is not in stock and then they assure me that they will refund my money. That again meant continuous calls to them and complaint no. after another till I finally got reimbursed.
I have always had a good opinion of Indiatimes. However, this site and their extremely poor and callous attitude has made me call up everyone I know asking them not to take a risk with this site.
Take my advice.don’t shop on indiatimes!
