I sent this complaint to Ministry of Consumer Affairs as they would not issue a Rs 1400 refund & warned them " I have lodged a complaint with the ministry of consumer affairs for now , next will be a legal notice for cheating to your Chairmain. "

Order Number 111658371 , Sub Order Number 2089688 . The product I paid for was costing Rs 1400 , one that was shipped was costing Rs 999 . It came without a proper tax paid invoice or the vendor’s or details of Times Internet . It was returned by me. They have not issued me a refund . It is my second bad experience with them .
