I am Highly disappointed! Very Poor service by Indiatimes Shopping. I ordered a Dell Wireless mouse by order no. 3002375661 on 1st June via Rs. 523 as Gift Coupon(Expiry date 5th June) and Rs. 126 as Paymate transaction. My transaction was instantly confirmed by my bank as well as Paymate but it didn’t show up in "My Order". Upon contacting the customer care I was told to wait for 48 hrs. to let show the transaction in their accounts. On 3rd June, I received a call from Indiatimes that "your payment has been confirmed and your order is being processed.
Your product will be delivered to you by 10th June". I didn’t receive it till 13th of June, then I called their customer care. Their representative gave a shocking reply to me that my order cannot be completed as my Gift coupon has expired(while it was used well within expiry date). Upon explaining the representative for whole 15 minutes that my Gift Coupon was used well within time and I have also got a confirmation call for the confirmation and delivery of my order, she gave me a complaint Case no. 916660 and told me that your product will be delivered to you. Now today 15th June, I received a call from Indiatimes that my order could not be processed as the product is "Out of Stock" while it is still "In Stock" on the website.
So this is how these people are "Cheating" people. I fear my review will be removed from the website so I am taking a snapshot as well. I suggest all of you to please beware while shopping on Indiatimes Shopping.
