I ordered a joystick costing Rs.699 from shopping.indiatimes.com by making the payment through credit card.
after several days there was no news from them and when I asked the customer service they said the product is not available. I asked them what happens to the order and they said it will be cancelled and money refunded. Its more than 3 months now and I have not received any refund in spite of repeated reminders. the customer service does not respond to mails and if I call the help desk numbers they always give a new request number without any follow up.
My next step would be to sue them for cheating me. Id be glad if people with experience in fighting such cases where the damages can be substantial even if the order amount is low, share their knowledge. lets teach these cheats some lesson!
