Dear Sir / Madam,
On 19th Sept 2012, I utilized gift coupons allotted to me by HDFC Bank to partially purchase the 3 items below.
I paid the balance amounts via HDFC Netbanking.
Indiatimes accepted the money but did not deliver.
It took dozens of emails , several phonecalls and ONE MONTH for me to get my money refunded for all the 3 items.
NOT A SINGLE ITEM WAS SUPPLIED.
Trawling the net I see that INDIATIMES has similarly cheated several others and has a very Bad reputation for customtakeouter service. What you get are robotic and illogical replies from ill informed executives that promise action but never deliver. Only when I contacted the Operations Head did the ball start rolling.
HDFC Bank has worked hard for the reputation it has today.
I URGE YOU NOT TO TARNISH YOUR REPUTATION BY HAVING ANY DEALINGS WITH UNSCRUPLOUS ONLINE SHOPPING PORTALS LIKE INDIATIMES.
