Indigo airlines has been one of the premiere airlines of the country for more than a decade now. But slowly and steadily its condition is deteriorating. I had a very bad experience with the airline.
I was travelling from New Delhi to Goa on a non stop indigo flight.
First of all the check in counters were very difficult to locate and when I succeeded in locating one it turned out to be nightmare.
You expect Indigo Airlines flight to be late aa always but this time to my surprise the flight was on time, and we had our boarding on time.
There was actually a space crunch in terms of seat space. There was no leg room so to say.
There was individual screen with a game console attached to it.
There was a complimentary meal also but the food was sale and was looking as is it had rotted for days.
the Flight attendants were as expected polite and Helpful.
The flight was not all comfortable when it comes to seats and you could feel pain in your legs due to the space crunch.
Also the Indigo airlines ground staff was not at all supportive.
I would not recommend anyone to travel in indigo until the unless the flight rates are dirt cheap.
