I have flew maximum times with this airline till now and it was a great experience always. Flight is good and economical. It was always on time. Crew members were cooperative and very friendly with the passengers. I traveled through economy class and seats were comfortable enough for short trips like domestic, however, when I traveled to Singapore it was little un-cozy if your co-passengers are too fat.
Overall the experience was very good start from booking the tickets online, to getting the boarding pass, cooperation for little extra luggage, their welcome on board and constant service till landing to your destination. It made feel good.
