Our flight from Goa was delayed for four hours due to mist/fog. Fair enough.
Staff in Goa LIED to us and said connecting flight in Bangalore would be delayed so all passengers could make connection to Cochin
Arrived in Bangalore and escorted to indigo desk who advised that 12 passengers from first bus load from plane had made check in and flight had left.
Not sure if this was true.
All other passengers would have to wait at least 6 hrs for next flight
In fact this flight only had one seat so we had to wait 8 hrs for next flight
After much complaining indigo finally agreed to fund access to lounge
On way to lounge saw our two bags sitting alone outside check in. No one knew anything about them and we had to make sure they were checked in
At no time did anyone from indigo apologise to us and in fact made it seem like it was our fault
Both times we used them they also charged us almost 7000 excess baggage
I have sent this feedback to them but don't expect a satisfactory response if any
As well as this review I have told all my friends globally via social media that Indigo is the worst airline in the world!
