I have booked my return journey by indigo from delhi to kochi for my family on holiday tour. My onward journey to Kochi was good. the flights were on time and punctual.
However, while returning back, their flight crew have spoiled my holidays. The attitude and the behaviour of their Inflight crew was very bad. Even though working as flight attendants, they don’t show hospitality instead they are hostile.
Indigo is operating Cheap flights doesn’t mean that the passengers are also cheap. The attitude of their flight crew was like they are dealing with ticket less travelors. My advice to them is to have some hospitality course for their staff and tell them to deal politely with the guest. **Anyhow I will not recommend or suggest this airlines for travel.
Other things about this airline-
*1. Food sold on the flight is costly as compared to other airlines. for instance Rs. 125 for veg sandwich
Water is served in the flight in small glasses.
Seating is a bit congested.
They dont have a feedback form (marked with serial numbers) in their flights
I will not plan my next travel with them in future.
