I would like to share my experience while traveling with Indigo airlines. It was totally a waste of time and money.
The check in counter at the first was not satisfactory at all. A lot of documents and questions were asked to be by them.
Proceeding from the counter to the flight, the staff at this airlines were unhelpful and not very pleasant. I was very much upset with this attitude.
The seating area for pessengers is very less and not comfortable. The leg room is very small.
When it comes to punctuality the flights are always delayed due to some problems or issues. The flights always are delayed by 40 to 45 minutes.
