I have made my first two flight with Indigo airlines.What I experienced is that it is cheap and affordable.The service which they provided is good and satisfactory.There boarding pass and check in process is easy.And luggage was kept and transferred by them safely. Inside the airbus was clean and comfortable.The help and service provided by the air hostesses was good.
All kind of safety system were explained by them perfectly.But only paid food and beverages were provided while flight.But the price rate of the foods were quite high and not affordable by middle class family.but u can carry food from outside in ur handbag. But overall service provided by the Indigo airline was good.I would like to recommend it.Thank you.
