I just had a harrowing experience with a customer service rep called Shivani from Indigo. All we are trying to do is book a wheel chair for our passenger on a chennai delhi flight.which is just an entry on their system, but this particular lady kept us on hold asked for medical certificates our Iata number and then when I asked her why she needed it she claimed the airline does not allow wheel chair passengers on board. now ive been a travel agent for over 20 years and have never ever heard that airlines do not allow wheel chair passengers on their airline. I think Indigo needs to be ashamed of them selves for treating people with disabilities like this.
