I just had a chance to fly this airlines, it was a morning flight from Bangalore to Mumbai. The check in counter was generally friendly but occasionally aggressive which wasn’t going well with people, particularly in the morning hours when most of us are any way frustrated out of half sleep. Nonetheless, to my delight the take off was extremly smooth and so was the shift to auto control. With not many announcement except the mandatory ones, the airlines gave me full freedom to sleep.
The landing was extremely smooth, actually smoothest every that I have ever had with any of the airlines in the country.
The serious part was that this was a hopping flight and it was on its way from bangalore-mumbai-vadodara. There has to be a mandatory check on people leaving mumbai with theri boarding passes being checked.
This didnt happen at all, people were getting off the plane at their ease and the whole approach of the airlines staff was quiet casual.
But overall a good experience and I would like to rate this airlines as 4/5 on ratings. Good job guys!!
