Sir,
I am a Retired senior citizen aged 70.
I have sent a mail to you yesterday requesting waiver of cancellation charges considering:
A. I have been called by Hon Judge of National consumer Redressal commission, Delhi to appear on 7-9-16 in an Execution Petition filed against a fraudulent Builder who has not honoured Hon Jedges’s earlier order to refund our money with interest and penalty.
B. Initially I booked my onward and return flights( 6 th and 8 th Sept) to delhi from chennai where I live. However I had to rush toBangalore to be with my son’s family due to ill health of my daughter in law. Hence I booked another set of tickets from Bangalore to delhi and return to Bangalore on the SAME DAYS. I will cancel Chennai Delhi chennai sector since I am unable to return to chennai for couple of weeks Atleast.
I requested you to waive cancellation charges considering the above.
C, Makemytrip have graciously agreed to waive their cancellation charges. Their mail has been sent to you with my appeal to you.
