I was going to Bangalore from Patna with my father and brother. As per the rule we have to reach airport just before 2 hours of flight. Because of traffic jam we just reached 2 hours before flight. As we were having 4 luggage, so we were in hurry to get the boarding pass.
The receptionist told that the baggage counter is closed and we are not taking more luggage. As we cannot leave our luggage and let it go like that. So we decided to abort the flight. Then after there superior officer came and told us that we two of us should have boarded the flight and third person should have come after with the luggage by means of flight or train,
In this incident we lost our Rs 22000.So guys please make sure to ask help from any superior fellow in Indigo. As per me they hire people and dont give proper training.My message to Indigo is to please provide proper customer support training to their employees.
