Hello everyone I would like to share my experiences of indigo with you. Its a lifetime experience which I had with airline.
They have helped me a lot. I was travelling from delhi to hyderbad on Indigo as we all know that indigo is the best low cost airline interms of fare and performances when compare with other airline.
I was with my famil the filght landed before the arrival time as ususal I have my famuly along with me what my son did is he put my mobile phone in front seat pocket and left it there I got down at the airport and left for home.when I reached home I realised that I left my phone onboard.
The next day I went to airport at the indigo airline counter and explained them the situation and showed them the boarding pass which I ahve along with me.
The ground staff was awesome in its work its was a base flight while checking they found my mobile and handed over to security staff of the airline last night and with the help of indigo ground staff I was able to get my phone back that was my iphone 7. Thanks indigo ground staff and airline for helping me alot.
