Though it is the biggest airline of India but provides the worst service among all the airlines. The flight got cancelled anytime and the ground staff keep giving lame excuses and also behaves very rudely. Indigo provides no food in flight and the paid food is expensive as hell. You need to carry your own food while travelling in indigo otherwise you have to spend a lot on it. The onboard crew is quite decent at times but also very unresponsive to passenger complaints and issues at the same time. I must suggest everyone to prefer other airlines available if one can afford to make your journey more memorable.
