I had a very worst experience with Indigo. I have booked a Ticket from bangalore to chennai on 7th march 2008 @ 8.55 flight. We were in the Airport at 8 PM we were waiting in the check in queue for a long time. We requested the Lady in the check in counter to process our tickets since we were getting late first but she never responded, the person in the counter also requested her to process it she did not responded it. When our turn reached she did not even bother to tell that the status of the flight she got the ticket from us and wrote "Reported check-in at 20:45" and said the flight has already left.
Indigo Customer care is the worst customer care center I have ever seen. They never listen what we say and tries to point the fault on the customer. On Monday I called up the customer care officer but they asked me to send out mail to the customer care office and also assured that it will be responded in 24 hrs but till now I did not received any response as of now when I again called them and asked about the response the customer care executive was rude and said it is your fault .
I will never suggest any of my collegues or friends to fly in this careless and rude airlines.
