I am frequent flyer with Indigo airlines and find that recently the customer care of Indigo airlines are behaving in careless manner. I often try to book my air ticket online.
I had trouble to login to indigo website so tried myself to reset password however usually a mail arrives in registered mail box but as even after 24 hours mail did not reach my mail box I tried to call customer care and they tried to reset password even that did not work( after logging in attempt message like wrong password appeared) another call to customer care and I got an arrogant voice from the other side and there is no help available
Afterwards as I put a review in Mouth shut and the same was posted in face book I got a feedback from Indigo to give my contact number and I did so but after that also neither any reply by mail nor any call in my mobile was sent so I waited and waited and later attempted to call(may be some one say this is desperate attempt but still before blaming the Indigo without sufficient cause I persisted in my attempt but in vain as the phone was ringing for more than 3 to 4 minutes and no one picked up from customer care side)this now proves beyond doubt how sincere the customer friendly( team of Indigo is) is of this so called important airlines .
I feel in India Govt has neither control on ever increasing price(the airlines raise price at any minor excuse) nor can coerce the public service agent like airlines to serve the customer which the poor customer deserves after being robbed of the valuable resources( charged by these profit making airlines).
This is sad situation we poor travelers face.
