I was holidaying along with my family in Bangalore and returned by Indigo Air flight. Overall it was a good experience compared to the Deccan Airline flight by which I had gone to Bangalore.The check in counter sucks big time and so does the staff there. But the flight was on time, much to my surprise. The seats were clean and had good space.
The staff was supportive too. What irritates me the most is the fake smiles these air hostesses flash at you all the time, while selling you sandwiches(100 bucks???) and drinks. The Captain kept informing us about the flight progress and the traffic at Mumbai airport which was delightful. The landing was really smooth compared to the wild ride we had while landing at Bangalore in Decccan air flight. Overall a better experience as compared to other budget airlines. Definitely I will recommend it for budget travellers.
