-Argumentative staff, worse than a bus/train boarding.
-No consideration of business class, frequent travelers.
-Low-Cost? NO. Make money on every thing - baggage, food, change/cancellations.
-No concept of courtesy - Can fly baggage fast may be, not meant for human beings, specially a big NO for business travelers.
Consistently bad experiences both way on my recent travel Blore->Hyd->Blore, so bad experience is a consistent offer, not a chance!
