Very poor service and very bad inflight attendants. Its was on official trip for me with around 50 booking in our group. The seat were already assigned in advance and meals were pre booked. But to our surprise around 4 to 5 person could not get the meal. On asking they just replied very rudely that the food is over and they are not in a condition to serve. When we asked and showed our tickets that we had already paid for meals in our ticket price, they replied that it’s not mentioned anywhere that meal is mandatory be served if it is finished. She simply went off and didn’t returned.
On pressing the calling light situated above passengers seat they didn’t turned up and had to call by signalling with hand as we want a glass of water. Overall a very bad experience in terms of flight service.
