Last week I had travelled from Hyderabad to Delhi via Indigo . It’s service is good. Ticket price cheapest among other airlines.
Plane was also good and comfortable. Crew members were friendly. Everything was ok but the only thing I disliked is delay in departure time. The flight was late by 40 minutes by schedule time. While coming back to Hyderabad from Delhi again I had booked my ticket from Indigo, this time the flight was delayed by 2 hours because of technical problems,
That was too much, passengers were getting impatient and angry as lot of time was wasted sitting in plane and waiting for the plane to take off.
So delay in departure happened both the times . Although Indigo is a good airline and its service is also good but they should do something regarding this delaying in taking off.
