I am grateful to indigo for making my journey so comfortable and smooth. My opinion regarding indigo airlines’ services has changed drastically and I believe I shall opt for indigo whenever I am traveling next and even book it for my family during their travel.
This is my feedback attached below:
I traveled with indigo airline 6E-191& 6E-401 on 14th November, 2015! My PNR is G54VSV. I had a pleasant flight experience and I’d like to commend your staff on an exceptional level of service.
The service we had was a superb experience from check in @ patna& our arrival @ delhi and then to pune which was our destination. The service was truly flawless. The staffs that we encountered were extremely polite.
In particular, I’d like to mention few names who assisted me at patna, delhi and pune airports!
Mr Santosh @ patna airport, mr Vikram who went out of the way to assist us @ delhi airport, mr manish, mr Rahul bhati, mr Kanwar and mr vikas who took turns to help us at delhi airport to assisted us to the lounge and then to the aircraft. Thanks to all porters( I don’t remember their names though) for being a great help and carrying my hand baggage as I was with my baby Kashish.
At Pune, ms Deepika came to the aircraft when the flight landed and was very helpful! Also I’d like to mention abt Ms aruna who came with chocolates& biscuits n offered it to all kids as it was children’s day! It was a very sweet gesture on part of indigo airlines to come up with such ideas.
I trust that you will pass on this recognition to the specific staff members from this flight(191, 401) . The behaviour and nature of their duty is much appreciable. They are a true reflection of the high levels of standard that we have come to expect of Indigo airlines. Keep up the good work guys!
I shall recommend indigo airlines to all my friends& family in future.
