Had a 6.45 flight from delhi to chennai. Had reached the airport at 4 in the morning had completed the security and was waiting for the flight on upper level. There was no announcement there and no one even came to look for me and I missed my flight.
Because I had not slept the whole night just took a nap and when got up was 6.30 I ran and they said sorry cant board the plane as it is closed. They had a 7.25 flight next that they could have adjusted me in however without even trying or making an effort just asked me to take a 10.10 fight.the staff in delhi airport is really not helpful and do not understand the customer.they are just worried about the policies and donot want to go out of the way to help.
I kept on saying is important for me to fly and reach chennai but they were adamant and did not adjust me in 7.25 flight. As I write this I am still on the airport waiting to board my 10.10 flight for which I paid 3077. This is one way they are making money and hence show profit and call themselves as no1.they are pathetic and will never fly indigo now if they cant respect the need of the customer why should be fly them.
Pathetic service, please dont fly indigo because if u miss ur flight either u pay extra or you dont reach home.
