If you are planning to buy any product from Indigo nation directly via their e-shop site, then please don’t buy as the service provided by them is pathetic.
I’m from Bangalore, bought one hoody size -M, from their site on 31st Jan- Debit card payment.
Entire February I have not received the product. On March 1st, I mail them for the status, then I came to know that the product is not there and I am not going to received the product.
On 3rd March I got an email stating order cancelled and refund initiated. But till today I have not received the money, send out mail today till no reply.
Please be careful before you buy any of their product, you may end up waiting for long time and then came to know that product not available.
