I must say that ’’Indo Soviet Friendship College of Pharmacy’’ is one of the frontrunners in imparting quality Pharmacy education. I have been associated with this college as a Lecturer for some time. Therefore, it is my first hand experience which is speaking. Starting with the faculty, it is young and enthusiastic, and masters in their fields. The management is good. The college is located 5KM from the city of Moga towards Ferozepur. It is away from the city, in a very peaceful place. The campus is big and the buildings are adequate with good classrooms and well stocked laboratories.
I have seen that during the counselling, students who are at the top of merit list generally opt for this college. It has a great reputation.
Students sometimes give preference to the colleges situated near their hometown, but I sincerely feel that this practice should be discouraged as the future of a student in that particular field depends upon the temple of learning one is opting. So I request students to be fully conscious and join only that institution where they can get quality education and exposure to good labs and experienced teachers.
