This was the worst service I ever had in Bangalore. I had bought 2 salwars from here & had given 1 for sleeve attachment and they informed that they will give it after 2 days. I went to the shop & asked for the same. 1 Guy over there said, there is no sleeve for it & he asked me to come next day. Since I had already made payment, I asked I cannot take sleeveless dress as I dont wear them. Then a lady who is supposed to be owner - Manju started talking rudely saying 30% of their salwars r sleeveless. Then why dint they tell us before buying?? After 3 days of purchase they are informing this & she was not ready to exchange it nor refund back my money. This was pure their mistake.
I got angry & I said we will lodge consumer complaint, Manju said go ahead confidently(i guess they already have lot of cases against them). We dint want to argue with such a cheap lady & hence left deciding to get police next day to recover our money/get another salwar. Next day, my hubby went. Manju’s husband said they will hurt my hubby as he did galata previous day. Then my hubby called police & gave their address, post which her hubby came begging to him and apologised & gave back the salwar kameez. Who would want to go back to such people again??
I guess they have cheated a lot of people like this with their money. We must have a consumer forum to ban such shops & shopekeepers.
