I had shifted recently to Faridabad from Pune. My family can join me only in Apr. So I am left to myself in the kitchen. It has been a long time that I used kerosene wick stove( being used to LPG), and no wonder that I got fed up in a coupe of days. I searched for an alternative, and decided to go for an induction cooktop.
I read reviews on the product, and had an M2M with msian gimraj, and came to a conclusion that I have to buy an Indian product - not a chinese or Korean one, considering the warranty aspect, as also any repairs after warranty period. Naturally I searched for a manufacturer in Fbd / Delhi, and was lucky to get one in Fbd itself by name "Nahata Comfort".
I fixed up an appointment and visited their works - not a really neat place, was not impressed. I was apprehensive from the look of works about how the product would be. But alas! I was mistaken. Their latest product is a NCS20H3 model innduction cooktop. At 2000 W, having a glass cooktop, black in colour, sleek look, and excellent style, it had me bowled over.
I purchased it, and they gave a flat bottom SS kadai with glass lid as complementary gift. I rushed home to test the product. It has 9 auto functions like boil water, milk, porridge, rice, etc. and 3 manual functions barbecue, stir fry etc. We can set the power in steps from 200 to 2000 W.
It has a timer for setting time for manual cooking.
The manual is not a very detailed one, one will have to get used to the display and learn the functions, not very difficult though. But with such a good product, a little thought would have got a nice manual. The product technical details are available on their website.
