I had moved to Bangalore from UK in 2010 and was concerned about finding a good school for my daughter. I was looking for a school which apart from focusing on academics, also focuses on overall personality development.
After visiting a couple of schools, we finally selected Indus International School located on Sarjapur road. I personally feel that what sets this school apart from the rest, is their special leadership curriculum. This program focuses on development of leadership traits as well as personality development. My child was taught to reflect and identify her strengths and weaknesses.
Based on this assessment she has set goals for herself. Developing her communication skills was another aspect which I loved about this course. She was exposed to different ways of communicating to an audience such as giving a presentation and preparing a speech. My daughter is shy by nature and this course enabled her to develop her confidence and become bolder.
Overall I would recommend this school to any parent as they have a complete approach towards education.
