Even though they give a good service the cost of the spare parts and services are higher than the other dealers. The quality of the spare parts are not that good. My father was their customer for 4 years but later when we expericed a bad incident he decided to change them.The delivery time of the vehicles are also high. They aren’t delivery the vehicles on time. On the delivery date they will tell some reasons and will extend the delivery date.Their relation with the customer is ok that they will remind us when the time of the service is near. And they will also send a message when the service is done.
