I had a very disappointing experience with IndusInd Bank’s customer care. I was kept on hold for over an hour without any response. When an executive finally answered, they were extremely rude and unprofessional, and to make it worse, they disconnected the call abruptly. This level of service is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of concern for customers. Highly dissatisfied.
