I have taken a personal loan from IndusInd Bank. After taking the loan, there was continuous nuisance calls from the insurance agents saying I must take the insurance as I have taken the loan. Some of them were telling that loan was wrongly given to you, so insurance is mandatory. But the fact is, insurance is not mandatory for taking the loan. Those cheating people will try to sell their insurance products to you as they know that you have money with you which was granted by the loan. Don’t get into such trap.
A standing instruction is set to debit the EMI every month from my SB account of IndusInd Bank. This was documented in the loan agreement, but they don’t execute the standing instruction. Also a detailed contact details are given in the loan agreement. The fact is none of those contact persons given in the agreement has knowledge about the loan process. I tried with the customer care over phone, over email and also the nodal officers, grievance officers etc, . The standard response is "I Don’t know". Grievance officer has asked to contact the branch which is far way from my place. With that information they cleared their responsibility.
When I visited the home branch, there also no one is ready to listen to my concern. All are asking to contact the loan center, which is again far away from my place. They give phone contact. When I call them they say a very cool response as don’t worry, nothing will happen. Also advising me to go to court if I have any concerns.
For getting a simple information, for enquiring about a basic details, none of the staff in IndusInd bank takes the responsibility.
I don’t know why they given the contact details in the loan agreement. Everybody in IndusInd Bank are irresponsible people. I never seen even a single genuine person in this bank who rally cares about the customer’s concern.
Even when you are ready to repay loan EMI on time, they will make all the problems and trying to collect charges from you. You cannot appeal it anywhere in the bank as all of them are either irresponsible or deaf and blinds.
