You can call them Private Bank with Govt employees they don’t give you any attention or priority to help you after opening your accounts with them.
I recently asked my account to deb freeze by calling on their call centers, They did the same but after 3 days I visited the Vibhuti Khand Gomti Nagar branch to unfreeze my banking services They haven’t asked me to write a letter and submit it instead of this they said come next along with the application without any guidance.
I visited the next day then they said we need Stamp on it, then again visited another day and this time that guy said we need Stamp with "Director" written on it.
I have to leave for Russia for the business meeting and these people treating like$hit.
Go with other banks but not with IndusInd.
