I am a long time account is user almost two years ago my Internet banking got deactivated for no reason. I tried to activate it by placing multiple request over the phone and bank branch. In the mean time I lost my ATM card too and there is some address issues so unable to get a new ATM card. Finally after 1.5 years I got my ATM card happily I tried to activate my Internet account again I got the error that my user ID is deactivate for the 5th time I have raised a complaint over the phone and the request no is 042198601. I am unable to use any features of this bank for 2 years. The only reason I am continuing because of the couple of ECS clearing on this account. as I am already tired of placing request in this branch The customer support people and Branch employees dont have any idea about my issue. All they can do is create cases. I maintain account from 3 other banks and never faced issue of this kind. Worst banking experience ever.
