Fabulous Service

I am an NRI and recently engaged this bank for an NRE Account.


Boy the service is fantastic. It is equal to if not better than some of the best service you can avail of in the US. They are quick. Emails are very informative. I am saying this despite the fact that they are still developing infrastructure like Hotlines for the US (1-800 numbers) or Lockboxes.


Their service model is such that they assign an individual to take care of one customer and I was lucky to get a well trained courteous representative. There was not lengthy documentation in the email that I had to sift through and get answers to my queries (something that ICICI is notorious of). All queries are answered promptly and fast. I


I would have normally kept my feelings to myself, but it appears this forum is compelling and I hope folks take advantage of each others’ experiences.
