Last year opened my account in this bank when friend tells about the services and policies of the bank. I have not any major issue with this bank , but they will enforce people to open their account in there bank very much . That thing I didn’t like about this bank. Overall staff and banking services are good . They help there customers very much and very friendly. Also gives an Glass of water when you entered in a Bank .
Another thing is that it gives good interest on you money ( about 6% ) .
Personally I will go with this bank, if you want a quick service then open an account .
Quick service in this bank is for that it has less accounts in there bank . which is beneficial for whom opened an account in it .
There is Issue with IndusInd mobile app . They cannot update properly about account summery.
