I lost 2 and half lakhs amount in Cyber fraud for which I have complained to the indusind bank actively. More than 25 times I called them to their IVR but couldnt connect because there is no such option that customer can reach them easily. When I mailed them so I got the auto generated email that ticket raised se will reply within 3 days. From that day to till now its been 3 months bank has not concerned and called me . M going to drag this matter to the consumer court and gonna shut all my services with this rubbish bank . I complaint RBI so bank even manipulated RBI too . And for every mail they have one copy paste mail they reply same.
