I am a customer of Indusind Bank from last 8 Years my home branch is in delhi shakti nagar
Indusind bank charge 1360 from my wife account as a non maintaining minimum balance.
But we have already maintain appropriate balance in that account, when i meat with Branch manager he ask me to buy a insurance policy then only we will reverse your charged amount, when i deny to buy a policy branch manager shout on me and ask me to leave the bank
That day i was so embarrassed and i would like to go to the court but due to insufficient time I decided to shut the account
But they deny to shut my account and every time they ask to come after couple of days
I am so tensed after this incident and i tried to connect via mail to customer care but they are also same family and not replying
I suggest to RBI to take strong action on this bank and i would also suggest people to not to open your any kind of account with this stupid bank
They not hire employees, they have kept gangsters
