Worst Experience - Don't open account in IndusInd.

I have opened two accounts in Sec23, Gurgaon with the name of my kids.


My requirement was to maintain very low balance and no annual charges at all. I was agreed to maintain a transaction of Rs. 2500/- per month to avoid low balance charges. I have given 10000/- Rs. cheque for each account but what I have found after few days they have deducted 350/- Rs. from each account without of my knowledge.


Customer care is very useless. The lady was very rude and do not want to help to understand the charges, very bad attitude.


Salesman - Mr. Lalit, This person had chased me around 2 weeks to get my account open in Indusind with lucrative offers and he never ever told me about hidden charges but now he is not really very bother about the hidden charges and customer problem.


Mr. Amit Ranjan - I have called twice to understand the charges and waive off the charges that have been applied without of my knowledge but all vain.
