CC Billing “SCAM OF THE YEAR”

I haven’t seen such a set of lousy customer service guys in all my life .


I think this bank has arrived at a new policy of delivering the bills late and hence collecting late fee , interest , surcharge on that and so on .This has been happening to me for the last eight months . I think I have paid an extra Rs18, 000/- due this very clever but devious policy. In spite of my numerous call to the 18605005004 I see no end to my plight .


I have come to understand that as the bank is receiving all this extra monies there is no input for them to rectify this windfall. This is also evident in the attitude of all the people I have had to deal with namely :


Ms Anita Nair


Ms Simanti


Mr John Farnandez


These guys are very competent in buying time and making all kinds of promises, yet they are stretching this issue for the 8 month period and I end up paying for it.


I am sure this ploy has been heaped on other innocent customers , consider the huge customer base ( say 1 million) so even  a ten percent of them if levied in this method would surmount to a windfall profit of 150 crores.
