I had ordered a Pallet Truck and paid the full amount in advance on 12 or 13 Sep 16 and also provided all documents.
I am yet to receive the item. I tried contacting their customer care. After repeated attempts one lady said that the item has been dispatched, however she will speak to their Technical Team and revert back which she never did.
Another lady, Ms Nisha, on Online Chat of IndustryBuying said not to worry she will do the needful asap but their Server was down.
