I have booked a DVD player of Philips which had 10 free DVDs. Infibeam haven’t shipped the DVDs. Even after 10 days of placing the complaint none of them reverted back.
Very disgusting, they aren’t bothered for customer satisfaction, they never turned back to update the status of complaint.
