I ordered this item order on 1st of nov and was confirmed to get delievery by 10th of nov but till date have neither received the product nor the cancellation of order is done.
I spoke to customer care they are still telling they are trying to cancel same big fraud as they either have false vendor or they are settling bills for there vendors. I have been doing on line since long but has never seen a unprofessional company like this ,
