I purchased a Apple iPhone 4g (39, 000)(917 USD) from infibeam on 2nd of November, Usual shipping time of the product is 3-4 days, After a few days I called them and asked about the status, they said it will be shipped in 2 days.
I called them after 3 more days, they say we are sorry the product is out of stock. Will be back in 10 days.
I said ok, Ill wait for 10 days, After 10 days I called them they say it will be shipped by maximum next day, I was pissed by this time, I called again the next day and customer representative said he will email me about the issue soon, Now its been like 20 days and I havent received my product.
The worst customer care service.
If they offer a refund I want the whole money i.e. 917 USD + compensation.
