No Delivery of Order even after 23 Days!

Product Ordered - Panasonic Headphone / 01 Piece / INR 404.00


False Delivery Promise - 23 Days and counting and still no sign of the product. The website mentions that the product ships in "2-3 business days". My location: Delhi


Poor Customer Service - Extremely difficult to get through the Cust Care Nos for post sale enquiry. No response to emails.


Rates Cheaper at a regular store: Try a regular walk in store or some other reliable websites before buying from Infibeam. Couple of days later, I saw the same product at a popular Electronic store in CP, Delhi and surprisingly found the rates to be less expensive than Infibeam’s rate.


Reason Mentioned for Delay: Product is’Out Of Stock’. Infibeam should be able to ship 01 unit of a product, ’Out of stock’ would be a valid reason if I had ordered 100 pieces. 23 Days and still not able to arrange for 01 unit of the product! Speaks a lot about the company. Also, ideally a customer should be kept informed if there is some issue with an order.


No Refund - Once bought, customer cannot cancel the order and ask for a refund. So be it 23 days or 40, all one can do is wait and keep following up with Infibeam. Waste of money and valuable time.
